I feel bad when I have to get on them, but it has to be done. This is a picture of the team after our first practice. The team was tired, and it was cold and raining, but we didn't perform well. I decided to make them stay late and finish. They are going to have to be as awesome as me. I made them get down and give me 50, and then when that was done I made them do pushups.
